| What I have in the file is:
172.10.6.253 Do I need to enable anything in the registry? |

| No extension is shown for that file, but extensions are shown for all other files in the directories. Does any keyword need to preceed the address? | |

| Still no joy. I have created the DomainAliases file in both the program directory and the database directory to no effect. I have added the IP address and the domain name to no effect. I verified that all services were stopped and restarted. Any suggestions? | |

| Thank you. Much easier to do a restart on all of the services! | |

| So this requires a system reboot? Not just a PageGate restart? | |

| Yes. The problem I have encountered is that T-Mobile apparently rejects any STMP messages that don't have a valid domain. At least that is what I have been able to deduce. Currently when PageGate sends the message it sends the message from "<user_name>.<IP address>". Sprint, AT&T don't block these messages but T-Mobile does. | |

| My PageGate server is on a machine behind a firewall and uses a relay mail server. When I attempt to set the local domain name to the domain the text is to originate from, PageGate rejects the message sent via GetMail with error 530. How do I enable mail relay within PageGate (not just having PageGate use a relay mail server)? | |

| When PageGate attempts to start the mail server service a Windows 1067 error occurs. This does not occur when PageGate does not run as a service. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the PageGate software (v5.09) | |
