I loaded the most up to date driver's from Motorola for the modem, and it connected immediately.
Thanks for all your help. |

I have tested the modem by using the hyperterminal under the communications program in the computer, and the modem appears to be working properly as it will dial and connect with any number I enter.
I have un-installed the Notepager Pro software and re-installed it, but it still will not find the modem. |

I have recently purchased a new computer. I have installed the Notepager Pro software onto the computer. However, the paging program will not connect to the modem.
When I look at the modem using control panel, it indicates the modem is located on COM 3. It also shows that the modem is enabled. I have set the paging software for that COM port but it does not find the modem. When I run the Modem Connection Wizard and do a search for the modem, it does not locate it any modems. Any ideas on how I should proceed from here? Thanks! |

I have been paging members of our fire department that carry Cincinnati Bell Wireless phones for several years using their SMTP connection and utilizing the I.D as 10 digit@gocbw.com.
I have attempted to page these members several times today and receive an error message of "domain of sender address does not exist". I have not changed any of the settings in the Notepager Pro. I contacted Cincinnati Bell and they advise that they have not changed any of their settings to allow access to their system. Any ideas? Thanks! |
