From the PageGate GUI Client go to Reports, Sent Messages, By Date/Time.

I can have two different users try to do that on the same computer and they get different results. One has data returned that the other does not. All of the settings for the report they are running are the same.

I have several different occasions that users are getting different data back from the logs when they have entered the same parameters for the search.

How/Why is this happening? Is there a way to get a complete log regardless of the user?

This has happened in Version 4 and continues in the upgrade to version 5.
