| After I copied the database over I attempted to start the server and was prompted to convert it; I'm assuming it was pagegate admin that did it. And for now it's running as an application as it won't accept any of the creds I give when I try to switch it to a service.

| I've run into an interesting issue while attempting to install pagegate and I was wondering if anyone had any insight into the issue.
I installed the latest pagegate on a new server (5.0.92) and copied over our old database, which was from version 4 of the software. I was prompted to update the database, which I did, and then restart pagegate. After the restart a dialog popped up labeled PGConnector 1 and contained the following error: "Run time error '3265': Item not found in this collection". Just to see what would happen, I installed the client on a machine and was actually able to connect to the server. But when I attempt to send a message it just sits as pending and never goes out. I've compared the version 4 server install to the version 5 and everything looks to be the same. I poked around the forums and found a few possible solutions (Compact and Repair the database or a reinstall) and I tried all of the solutions that I found, but I'm stil getting the error and messages are still stuck as pending. Any ideas? -Jerry |
