| I recently upgraded from 4.0 to 5.0.7, and now I'm experiencing SMTP 530 error msgs. What is usually about this problem is that it only occurs when we use our domain or alias names to send msgs. If we use our IP address no SMTP 530 error msgs appear and everything works fine.
I tried correcting the problem by setting the "SMTP_Auth" in the registry but that didn't make any difference. Is this a DNS or a GetMail issue? Anyone have any thoughts on what might be going on and what I can do to fix this problem? Thanks, Jim |
