the carrier is Total Radio Service

i am not sure how to get in touch with the carrier. all i have is the number to use the note pager. i got this number from the place i bought my pager and he says he is not sure what the problem is, he is not familiar with the program and this was before i talked with you.

I am running windows xp.
have updated my modem drivers.
am running a v90 generic softk 56 modem.
my carrier number is 12052742278
the program is note pager 32 ( not pro.)
the program worked fine until today , have used with no problem, no settings were changed.
It connects to the carrier fine.
It does everything it should, exept when it try's to initialize the protocol, it goes straight to hang up the modem and does not send message, actually it tries 3 times to send it , then it moves the message to BAD folder. it is running on 1200 buad rate, but nothing has been changed.
any help would be nice. thanks
