what is Carriers protocol I have to set ?. ( for sending sms to mobile )

I try to use Protocol SNPP and select " snpp.mobilcomm.tzo.com "
( list in http://www.notepage.net/snpp.htm )

and Recipient - ID/PIN I use my mobile phone number 6661642369
not work not any. I try to change many SNPP sending is SUCCESSFULL .
look at connection Monitor but no any sms to mobile.

my internet provider " http://www.trueinternet.co.th/ "
( same as asianet.co.th , my smtp server classic.asianet.co.th )
