Upgraded to 8.1 today and purchased the filter pack. Following the examples, the instructions say to copy pgfilter.exe into the directory created. I cannot find pgfilter.exe anywhere on my server.

The fields that are sent are specified in the CAD administrative portion of the OSSI software. The fields are set under "Page Styles". Talk to the CAD system administrator, they should be able to help you.

So once these steps are completed, do I just change the carrier in the recipients to data247-smtp?

From the PageGate "Did you know...?" Section, I see there is a way to do on-the-fly carrier lookups using Data24-7. I can't find any documentation on how to set this up. Can someone point me to the documentation to set this up?

Today I purchased the GetMail interface for pagegate. The interface is up and running. I have a group setup with the Mail interface enabled on that group. It set to collect a message via POP from our inhouse email server every 2 minutes. I have my pager in the group. When it picks up the mail from the POP account, it never sends it to my pager. What am I missing here?

We use Pagegate with the GetAscii engine to receive pages from our Computer Aided Dispatch System. When I try to send a message to a particular cell phone via SMTP I get the following response:

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at sms.corrwireless.com.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

Enter message text :
Enter 10-digit callback number for message :
Select message priority level:
bulk => 0
normal => 1
high => 2

Anybody seen this before and/or know how to deal with it. I have 10-15 other receiptients that use the same carrier and I don't have this issue.
