| Thanks for the response. None of these messages are being sent to SMS capable devices, they are all being send to an exchange server that forwards them to email enabled devices. In fact we don't use SMS at all. Given this method of using the tool, is there any way we can control the behavior? | |

| When we send a message using the PageGate Client, we are unable to get carriage returns to show up in the message body. The text all runs together which makes the message hard to read. What can the user type in the PageGate Client to force a carriage return? Can we use the Preset buttons for that character/sting?
Examples Follow: What we get: From: USER1 What we want: From: USER1 |

| The PageGate Client appears to show all the groups (133) and only 2 of our 722 recipients. Is there a limit to how many recipients the Client can show or is there another problem?
Thanks! Izzy |

| Thanks for the candor. I've got just one more question then I'll let you be...
What special characters cause problems with Sendpage32.exe? I'll be sending text from event messages from my systems management platform (BMC Event and Impact Manager) and the message content may have a number of different characters depending on what the source sends. If you have a list of the special characters that cannot be used, that would help me save a lot of time and limit the amount of testing I would need to do. Thanks! Izzy |

| Sorry, some spelling errors in that post. I'll try it again:
In the recipeint configuration "Settings" Option there is a "Send Subject" Option. Is the TEXT sent with "Send Subject" configurable for SMTP Carrier oriented Recipients? This is important for us becasue we route messages with specific text based on rules in Microsoft Exchange. Messages from PageGate need to be explicitly called out or distinguishable in the subject line. Thanks! Izzy |

| The size of the database is 512K and it appears that no more recipients can be added. I'm still running a tepmporary license while I'm waiting for procurement to cut the check for the software.
Is it true that the database size is limited until the license key is added? |
