We installed page gate on a server that has another application running on port 80. We are looking to run page gate on port 8080. We made the changes and the main user paging screen comes up fine, when we try to page we get the "404 error file or directory not found" when we try to send the page. The brower had the address "http://servername/scripts/webgate.exe"
The webgate.exe file is located in "c:\inetpub\scripts" folder
Are there other items that must be updated for the app to work on port 8080?

I am trying to run Pagegate Admin on the server as a regular user and get an error. "PG Admin Fatal error Excessive database errors:3051 The Microsoft Jet database engine cannot open the file 'C:\PageGateData\Database\pagegate.mdb' It is already opened exclusively by another user, or you need permission to view its data in Procedure: main Program Halted"
The Administrator on the box can run the program fine. The admin says that I have full access to the pagagate.mdb file. We have confirmed that only one user is trying to open the file. Is there another filr that needs permissions opened up to run PG admin?

We upgraded from Pagegate V4 on a win 2003 box to V5 on in 2008 running IIS7. We installed the new software, copied the pagegate.mdb file, registered the software. The database built OK upon restart, we can page out OK with the client, but we can't get the web server up and running. We are on a shared server that has another application running. We did not find the signatures files (script folder) built within the IIS directory. We have GetWeb checked on the configuration screen. We also followed the steps in the IIS7 configuration help page. Can we run Pagegate on a system with another web server on it? Where do the script files come from?

We are running an HP DL385 G7 running Window 2008. Is there an approved/recomended modem card for this server configuration?
