I've send a email to the address you provide. But I don't get any reply. It have been almost 4 days since we purchase the order. Would you please help us to check on it?

I brought the NotePage Pro this Monday. And I received the order information email. But I still don't receive the Register/License email until now. There are almost 72 hours after I purchase the order.

Does anybody know how to check my order's status?
