We are a new customer and are using NotePage through our CAD vendor OSSI to send out alerts to our response agencies. Typically these alerts are sent to Cell phones and or Alpha Numeric pagers. One of our agencies is not set up for texting, so they wanted to know if our alerts could be sent through Blackberry Messenger. Does BB Messenger use SNPP?
