I have a user that gets a fatal error #91 Invalid Operation. in Procedure: edit_user load when she tries to edit a recipient. She was fine prior to the upgrade to v10.

I'm running reports>sender for all senders 6/1/2022 to 6/24/2022 and I get PG Admin Fatal Error Excessive database errors: 3075 Syntax error. I have a screen shot if needed.

NOTE: I just upgraded from v9 to v10 today.

We have 2 Sprint PCS cell phones that aren't getting texts. They were working. The logs are showing SUCCESSFUL for the messages.

Any ideas?

Of course, Sprint is saying it's on our end.

Any issues or special setup for Sophos? Any folders to exclude from scanning?
Right now, there's no antivirus software on the server and we have to install Sophos due to compliance/policy.

All set. When I did the upgrade it didn't ask for the registration. I had to go into admin and put it in manually. The upgrade directions say it should ask for it.

I upgraded from 8 to 9. All my recipients have no 'enabled services' checked.

No pages are going out. What happened? They were 'checked' and working fine before the upgrade.

That's good to know. Right now we're just going to create a recipient for each carrier as right now we only have a few that go to a different one.

We can have up to 15 SNPP APIs. There is no way that we can see to assign a userid to an SNPP API. We can pick one to send with if we send a message from the emag website. Trying to set this up in page gate but not sure where/how to attach the SNPP API name.

The SNPP APIs all have different fixed codes that display as the 'from number' when you send a message from pagegate. Now, they all have the same from number. We're trying to specify a from number. If we send a message from the emag website and pick a specific SNPP API fixed code, it will display that code as the from number. I'm trying to figure out how to do this from pagegate.

So, if my SNPP APIs are LivCoSNPP, LivCoSNPP1 and LivCoSheriff, I should have a carrier named the same?
