Using the UNC path did not solve the problem. Help?

We are using a mapped drive... I will try a UNC path on the computer that fails every time and let you know if it resolves the problem.

We are using Pagegate 4.0. We recently converted our PC's to Windows XP SP2 from Windows 2000 Pro SP4. I have two users who are getting the error mentioned in the subject of this post. One user cannot send Pagegage pages at all and the other can sometimes send and sometimes can not send. The error does not always pop up even if the page does not send. The next line of the error is...
"Windows was unable to save all the data for the file..."
and the path to the Pagegate database is listed. There is some "instruction" to verify the path and to be sure that there is a network connection. Of cource I have checked this and neither of these suggested problems are present.
Can you help us out?
