I have this same issue. Is the name of the service intuitive? I do not have any services with PageGate in the name. This is a new install.

I am also having trouble getting the recipients to list within SolarWinds. Above someone states to check the reg key and restart the PAgeGate services. I have PageGate installed and have sent successful messages from it (SMS), but do not have any PageGate services listed nor does that reg key exist....
