I tried deactivating my norton, but it still doesn't work. Any other ideas?

Okay, I have been reading through the different problems with sending a text message to verizon phones. My problem is, we send multiple messages to many different carriers at the same time, mostly using SNPP. Therefore, we can not change our sender's name to whatever the person's account name is. We are sending to multiple different verizon phones, along with nextels, cingulair, etc. What can I do to all these messages to send to verizon phones using my current internet connection. I tried the vtext.com option with the SMTP. It states that it sent okay, but my norton says it is rejected from the server. What should I do?
