We have a problem with SMTP text message sent during emergencies. It appears that a single message is sent for each recipeint listed for the code. This delays the time an individual is notified sometimes up to 10 - 15 minutes sepecially if there are that many recipients setup for the code.

What is the best way to ensure that recipeints get the codes as fast as possible? We also only have one connector.
