sorry additional info, I am trying to accomplish this with the pagegate client GUI

we have a licensed version of pagegate. Is it possible to have a text file with local recipients (like in notepager). I want to be able to have a local address book with personal recipients I define and a network version with corporate addresses? Is this possble or do I need to use notepager?

I have the following problem.
My telecom provider supports only the UCP Protocol.
I have setup pagegate correctly and can send and receive sms messages on my mobile.
HP Systems Insight Manager is using the TAP protocol which is not supported by my provider. What I tried is to use the getTAP module but this is only monitoring incoming calls. Is there a way to have SIM comunicate with pagegate and have pagegate handdle the communication to the smsc.
