The nightly backup doesn't run on this server.

This how my environment setup. The pagegate is running on W2K3 sp1 with the ezdialout that connect to the AS5300 for network paging system. I also have the service running as a window NT service with a network services account. After the nightly routine cleanup, the service sometime start and run as a normal state. Sometime it start then automatic shut the services down. Does anyone know what's going on with this issue?
