I would like to know if there is a way to set up pagegate to notify an admin if pages or the program itself fails through either a helper app or pagegate itself.
Thanks |

AT&T users are not receiving SMTP messages but are showing as sent successfully from pagegate. Is it possible AT&T is blocking these? | |

Page Version is 5.0
Seeing numerous log messages “Message rejected” “Incomplete data file” “Program Halted” “Module restarted” Paging process has been creating ‘phantom’ Bad Files, appearing in E:\Pager and Fax\bad\ as ZERO-length files, with file names that exactly replicate the file names of the ‘good’ paging files in E:\Pager and Fax\good\ except for the fact that the empty phantom file names appear to have been named/created exactly two-hundred-thousandths of a second LATER than the good files. These 0 K ‘bad’ files are also showing up in the PageGate PG Monitor, where we have over 1,263 Bad pages showing under “GetAscii.” As far as I know or can tell, the extraneous empty files are not causing a problem with the actual operation of the paging through CAD. People ARE getting paged. However, the empty files are building up a lot of error messages both in the PG Monitor and in the E:\Pager and Fax\bad\ folder I would like to find out what is causing this if possible |

I found an older like to this problem in your archives (see below for link).... I am wondering if installing the latest eval version (going from ver 4.0 to 5.0) over the existing version will fix the problem and not whack the existing settings.

Would it be possible to get step by step instructions to setup pagegate to send text messages to AT&T call phones? It is already setup and working for pagers.
Thank You |
