No. NPP is not in the startup.

Noticed that as well, reason why i sent it. I stopped the services and then started the app once again, this time it's only in there once. Messages have decreased from 4 dups down to 2 dups. We are making progress :-) Any other ideas?

I checked the services and I am the only user logged into the machine. Also i can email screen shots of task manager to show the running services if you'd like

The suggested fix didn't work. Sending updated log by email.

We are using NotePager Pro to send users notifications of alerts in Orion. The message populates and sends BUT fails. I thought it could be character count, but that isn't the case. Any idea? If you need further information, let me know.

When sending a message directly from the NOTEPAGER PRO console, the recipient receives 4 texts messages (duplicates). The application is installed on a single server only. Not sure what other information you may need.
