I'm still having the problem but it does act a little differently. Here's what I did:

Uninstalled the version of NotePager32 I had installed on 1/12. I deleted the installation directory under c:\program files, deleted the registry key and restarted the computer. I then installed the version of NotePager32 I downloaded on 1/13 at approx. 1:30PM EST. The installation went OK.

When I start the program up the first time, the splash screen freezes. When I launch the Task Manager to kill the program the first time, it brings up the configuration wizard so I cancel the program termination and continue with the wizard. When the wizard is finished and I click the Done button, Notepager32 ends. Then when I try to start it again, the splash screen freezes and I can't get in to it. Clicking on End Task in the Task Manager kills NotePager32 but it does not bring up the wizard again.

If I cancel out of the wizard the first time, NotePager32 ends. Each time I try to start it thereafter, the wizard starts again. If I cancel the wizard, it will start up again the next time. If I complete the wizard, the splash screen freezes on the next startup.

This is repeatable because I tried it several times.

I am also having the same problem. When NotePage32 v3 starts up, it just freezes. It doesn't look like the initial screen ever completes as there is a dark border around the bottom and right side of it. There is no response when I click on the links on the bottom of the page.

Pervious versions of NotePage32 worked OK. NotePager Pro v3 also works fine.

I'm using a Dell Lattitude notebook with a P4 1.8 GHz processor and 256MB of RAM. The screen resolution is set to 1400X1050. I'm running Win2k SP4 with all the latest updates from Microsoft.
