We have been recieving tons of complaints that android phones are not recieving full text pages from our CAD. All other phones on the same carrier work fine. The problem seems to be with newer androids, but the message is being cutoff from the front of the message.

message should read

E911: E1234_MVC_(town)Address_date and time.

instead androids are recieveing just

(town)Address_date and time.

these messages are for volunteer fire and ems members, and is automaticaly sent out by the CAD. Any ideas? Carrier is set @ 160, and members are set at 500

most of the problems seem to be with the droid x
