I see the problem :)

When sending via SNPP, you don't need to include anything but the phone number.

So, in your recipient settings, change:

4406231590@messaging.sprintpcs.com

to:

4406231590

Can you post that session from the connector log so we can take a closer look?

However, initally it kind of sounds like a problem on sprint's end.
