To OzCom

I'm using the SNPP for Sprint and Ntelos,

However I use TAP for ATT and Verizon.

Do you have contact information where I can pre-register as an authorized sender for ATT & Verizon? Thanks in advance.

Is anyone else having problems with ATT's tap all of a sudden? It rings busy and fails to send text. We are using and have been using 18009094602 for tap for the past year with no problems, just started failing a few days ago.

Thanks, I'm seeing if they will change my username now, PageGate will not take all the characters I have in my username. Thanks again

The username is what goes in the password field. Ignore the password they send to you, they don't reference it or use it.

Hello,

I received the user name and password from Sprint, however I'm using pagegate version 4.0 and it does not have a spot for the username supplied by Sprint, any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Send an email to Support@TeleMessage.com requesting the form to register for SPRINT EMG access

Once they send the form, you will need to complete it including the IP address of the Server. Their turnaround is reasonably fast (remember: it is currently friday afternoon on a holiday weekend as I type this).

Thanks I apprecaite it!!

Are you sending from the IP address you registered with Sprint? What are the symptoms: 1) Are you seeing the messages as SUCCESSFUL but the device is not receiving them? 2) Are the messages failing (and, if so, what reason do you see in the logs?)?

Would you happen to the have the phone number or email where I can register my IP address with Sprint?

Sounds like yout domain or IP has been blocked as a spam generator - You may want to look into adding a cellular modem to your PageGate and start using true SMS to replace SMTP (EMAIL) delivery to cell phones

Hello,

Where is the best place to get a cellular modem?

I appreacite it. When using Version and Sprint SNPP, it says they area connecting to the SNPP protocol and the session started, however when it gets to sending message on both carriers it says message not accepted, permanent failure. Any ideas?

Sorry about that I just seen where Sprint requires a password.

Hello, I have been using PageGate TAP, and it gets slower as we contiune to add numbers to it. I was wondering if anyone out there in the 911 business is using SNPP that could send me the information on SNPP for PageGate? PageGate request a username and password for each carrier when using snpp, does anyone have this information, or know where I can get this information for my 911 center? I would appreciate any and all help. Thanks in advance
