How do you turn on debugging detail log?

We aleady activated enterprise paging and WCTP works. What am I looking for in documentation?

Trying to switch from smtp to snpp or wctp for reliability. Used settings for snpp & wctp obtained from cingular. WCTP works, SNPP says message not accepted and retries, but the wireless device receives the page anyway. Pagegate retries (up to retry limit) and responds with message not accepted, but i still get all the pages on the wireless device. Any idea? Which is better WCTP or SNPP?
