We use notepager Pro for sending SMSes based on SYSLOG messages from Kiwi Syslog server.

While we using the app on Windows 2003 we had never problems, but since we install the application on 2008 server with respect of the special installation instruction, most SMS end in an error in state of sending through the destination.
