Where would I go to "Install Additional PG Monitor" routine? Thanks!

When I try to launch PageGate Monitor at a remote system I get the error:

[b]"Run-time error '429'

You do not have an appropriate license to use this functionality"[/b]

but we do. Please assist, thanks!

PG shutdown for 4 hours after several autosys messages where sent to it. We are trying to figure out why since there was no other errors.
