Yes, I have a valid license for 25 users. There are more than 25 users defined in PageGate. I am looking at either deleting the extra users or upgrading the license to 50 users. But I just want to be sure that the application stopped issue does not continue after upgrading the license.

On several occasion, I found that all PageGate modules stopped. I have to manually re-start the services. Before stopping this message is posted in the scheduler log file "GetAscii License exceeded. GetAscii service has been disabled on excess recipients". Do I need to purcahse extra licenses to fix this problem ?
