| Unfortunately, it's a new computer... So I haven't had time to get too many gremlins in the system yet. I think I'll just get used to it being minimized to task bar until I have some time to do a reinstall, I'm guessing (hoping) that will do the trick. So far so good for functionality though. Unless we run into major problems between here and the end of our trial, we'll be purchasing three licenses. Please pass along to your supervisors that the customer service from this forum has had quite a bit to do with us buying from you! | |

| I hadn't tried re-installing the app yet, I was hoping to avoid that for the obvious time reasons. The original download and install took place only last week, so I'm thinking I have the latest version.
As far as the GUI client, I'm not sure I'm following you there... Is that the notepage software itself? Or some section of it. And again - Thank you, more companies should take your example of customer service. This forum is a great idea, and the fact that you in support follow it close is amazing. |

| Any ideas why once minimized, the software won't respond to any action when in system tray? I'd like to be able to keep it open without taking up the space on my task bar. Thanks! | |

| Huge thanks for the timely response - It works great. Now I just have to make the other carriers work as well and you'll have had a huge impact on us buying the software. Thank you. | |

| I've had enough... Our office just updated everyones computers, and with a fresh slate, I decided to trial NotePager Pro rather than the ISS software we had been using. So far not bad, but I cannot get the SMTP settings correct for Verizon cell phones... Other SMTP conections work fine, ie. Cingular... But when I try to send to vtext.com I get a warm welcome from the vtext server. (Hello! ... Pleased to meet you!) But at the end of the connection monitor log it says:
Recieved:553 Could not parse sender address (this message was given by the target server) Any ideas on how I can fix this? The owner of the company is on me pretty good to make this work quickly, so any help would be great!!! |
