When i send the email via my hotmail account to my friend in Italy, I get tie error message"-This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification.Delivery to the following recipients failed."

When i send an SMS message, i get the message can't be sent.
Perhaps should i use + (country code) phonenumber ?

Hi All,
I have been reading all the reviews on the tim network and i wanted to ask a quick question. I'm trying to email my friend in Italy from my hotmail account and it's giving me an error.His email address is @ tim.it .I even tried from my cell (SMS) but it's not working. Can you help me out? I live in Canada.
