I set this to 9600, 8,N, 1 and everything works fine now.

Yes I have verified that the carrier is setup to use 1200 baud rate, even parity, 7 data bits, and 1 stop bits.

To address the other post, our devices are from the pre-merger ATT&T , we have added the enterprise paging gateway feature to all devices.

WCTP does functioning properly for these devices, we just have a need for TAP for failover in case we lose internet connectivity.

I created the modem.dbg log file, however, nothing ever get's written to the log file. Logging is enabled, I stopped and started Page Gate still no change.

I can't seem to get a text message to Cingular cell phones. The subscriber has the enterprise paging feature setup. I can get MCTP to work successfully, I want to setup the backup as TAP. What should be entered in for password on the TAP setup screen within PageGate? I have tried using the assigned security code as well as the pollerID/SenderID
