Under the Carrier's settings, go to the Template object. On the Template screen, in the Settings section add:
From=noreply@trinity-health.org The mail server you are sending out through may or may not like that new setting. Some servers insist that the sender (from field) matches the account being used to send to the mail server, so be prepared to change it back if messages start getting rejected. |

PageGate would not be the right tool for that. | |

You'll definitely want to touch base with EMAG support as your EMAG SNPP login is getting rejected.
That usually happens if the API credentials get reset or if your public IP address changes from what Verizon has on file for you. First, double check the public IP of the PageGate server by opening a web browser on it and googling 'What is my ip address?' Once you get the return, log into the EMAG web portal at https://ess.emag.vzw.com/emag/login and then go to the Help - Whitelisted IPs section to see if the IP is on the list. |

If you would, please email the PageGate logs to support at notepage dot com
The logs should be in c:\PageGateData\Logs\ |

Unfortunately Google's security policies have been making it harder and harder to develop this type of application. We will no longer be updating this mobile app.
For more reliable delivery we recommend using cellular modems or routers. You can find more info about them here: https://www.notepage.net/cellular-hardware.htm |

It looks like you set it up for direct delivery but, in context, you'll probably want to configure that for relayed delivery instead.
When using direct delivery, PageGate will attempt to function as a mail server to deliver SMTP traffic on behalf of your domain. If the system isn't provisioned on the domain's SPF record, that can cause messages to get filtered as spam. In most cases, it's easier to configure PageGate to relay its' SMTP traffic through an SMTP server. |

I would recommend having a look at the SMS Delivery Methods section of the documentation first:
https://www.notepage.net/manuals/pg/v10/server/html/how-to-send-sms.htm That section details the various delivery methods PageGate supports so you can determine which method is best for your environment. It also links to the sub-sections that can explain how to configure everything. |

Are you using NotePager Pro or PageGate?
Also, what style of message do you want to send (SMS, page, email, API call, etc)? |

In context, it sounds like whatever is feeding PageGate ASCII files for processing is occasionally outputting a blank file.
Just to double check, what program are you integrating with? |

Try opening them in Notepad, NotePad++, EditPad or another text editor.
You can also copy the files to a separate location and rename their extensions from .??? to .txt |

'Incomplete data file' usually means the interface tried to process a malformed file or a file with missing parameters.
If you have a look at the pggascii.log file in the logs folder (Open PG Admin and go to Program - Settings for the location) it should reference the specific file name that generated the error. If you look in the 'bad' sub-directory of your main GetAscii polling folder (Go to Interfaces - GetAscii - Settings for the location), you should see a file that bears the same name and has the same date and timestamp referenced in the log. What do you see when you open that file? |

Do we need to installed the PageGate Service on our server (windows server 2012)?
Yes, you will need to have PageGate both installed and running as a Service. Steps to do so can be found here: https://www.notepage.net/videos/pagegate-v10-installation.htm https://www.notepage.net/videos/how-to-run-pagegate-as-a-service.htm Do PageGate have any dll, libraries or packages that we can consume to trigger notification on Pager via TAP protocol? Details about API document page from PageGate? Certainly, check out the 'How PageGate Accepts Messages' section of the documentation: https://www.notepage.net/manuals/pg/v10/server/html/index.html Any similar business case for reference? Check out our Whitepapers: https://www.notepage.net/whitepapers.htm I have a system where PageGate service is installed and after flowing following the guideline from video, Im not able to send any message to Pager which is connected via modem. https://www.notepage.net/videos/how-to-create-serial-tap-carrier.htm If you're using a modem, you'll need to use these steps instead: https://www.notepage.net/videos/how-to-create-tap-carrier.htm |
