You should be able to do that with either the PageGate Client or PageGate Admin.

In both, you'll want to go to the Reports section and run a report of sent messages by date. Then set the detail level to what you want, set your time range and you can either print the report out to a text file or print it to the screen so you could output it as a PDF, XPS or even send it to a real printer.

To start, you'll need to create a new create a new folder named 'Filters' as a sub-directory of your PageGate Database folder. To determine that location, open PG Admin and browse to Program - Settings; it should display on the right.

For example, if you're using the default path, your database folder would be c:\PageGateData\Database\, so we would need to create c:\PageGateData\Database\Filters\

There are four possible files you could create in this folder:
AllowedIps
BlockedIps
AllowedSenders
BlockedSenders

Also, after creating the files, double check to make sure whatever text editor you used didn't place an extension on the file. These files should have no trailing .txt, .log, etc on the end.

In the BlockeIps and BlockedSenders, you'll put * to indicate that ALL IPs or senders should be blocked. You could also list the domains or email addresses you want to block individually (placing each entry on its own line).

In the AllowedIps and AllowedSenders, you'll put just the IP address, email address or domains you want PageGate to accept traffic from (placing each entry on its own line).

In context, it sounds like you'll want to put * in the BlockedSenders file, then include a list of explicit email addresses or domains that are allowed to pass traffic in the AllowedSenders file, thereby creating exceptions to the universal blocklist.

Changes made to these lists are not read in real time, you will need to cycle the PageGate service for changes to take effect.

If you need anything else, please let us know!

You'll need to change the extension of the files to .msg and then place them in the c:\PageGateData\Database\MailIn\ folder.

To double check a few things, if you go into the PageGate program directory and go into the properties of pagegate.exe, what build number is displayed under the 'Details' tab?

To discover the public IP address your PageGate server sits behind, you can do the following:

1) Open PG Admin on the PageGate Server.

2) Go to Program - Tools - DNS Lookup

3) Click 'Lookup' and it should report the public IP.

You can also find the public IP by browsing to a site like https://www.whatismyipaddress.com or anything similar from the PageGate server.

In NotePager Pro, you would go to Tools - Settings General.

In PageGate, the sender value can be set up multiple places, so we would need to know more about how you have the program configured?

To clarify, though, T-Mobile doesn't offer a public WCTP gateway, they only offer it as part of their Enterprise service.

Is the email address in your forum profile accurate? If so, we can email you a PDF we were given by T-Mobile support that details how to access their enterprise gateways.

T-Mobile doesn't offer any public gateways other than their SMTP (email) gateway.

Other possible options:
1. Cellular/GSM modem or router. PageGate can use these devices to send SMS message completely wirelessly (no Internet connection required)
2. SMS Aggregators like Twilio, ClickSend and others. There is a small per message fee for their service (typically less than a penny per message). PageGate supports sending to most if not all message aggregators.

Please email a copy of the *.log files (pagegate.log, pgsched.log, pgconnector*.log, etc) from your logging directory to support at notepage dot com

To determine the location of your logs, open PG Admin and go to the Program - Settings section.

A new registration key isn't required as long as you already have PGv10 installed; this is just a build update that contains a few patches.

To get the 10.2.2 installation file:
https://www.notepage.net/download/pgsetup.exe

If you want to avoid a reboot, shut down all PageGate services and applications on the PageGate server before running the installation file and selecting 'Install PageGate Server'. If it asks you to reboot at the end regardless, please do so.

If you need any assistance, please let us know!

That indicates the system providing input data to PageGate for delivery is providing bare line feeds or bare carriage returns. This should automatically be resolved by using build 10.2.2 of PageGate. You can also have the system providing the data require all carriage returns or line feeds to be carriage return+line feed pairs.

In the context of email specifically, we recommend making sure the "from" address is a real mailbox to avoid any spam detection issues.

That isn't something the base templating system can do but is definitely something you could do with PageGate's filter scripting system.

You would need to have the Filter Script Pack as a part of your PageGate license and then you could create a filter that would be able to dynamically alter the From variable by inserting nearly anything you wanted.

One options would be to get Statseeker to write the message out to a text file. Then share the folder that the file is written to as a Samba (SMB://) share so the computer running PageGate has access to that shared folder. PageGate's GetAscii interface can 'watch' that folder for new messages and pick them up that way.
Another less direct option would be to have Statseeker email the messages using PageGate's GetMail interface.

1) Let's update to 10.2.1:
https://www.notepage.net/download/pgsetup.exe

1a) Shut down the PageGate service and close all PageGate related applications on all profiles of the PG server.
1b) Use 'Run as Administrator' to launch the installer and select 'Install PageGate Server'
1c) Click 'Next' until it finishes the installation, then click 'Finish'

2) Do you have any entries in GetAscii - Settings - Advanced Polling - Files?
