Good News! The info on local numbers (standard) is correct and best of all, it worked for us. We used the (717)629-6683.

I forgot to mention that we have tried another number, 617-839-6683, and are still experiencing the same issues.

We experienced the same issue with the toll free 800-201-2501 number back on ~ August 26, 2009. We switched to 917-299-6683 and have had no issues until a couple of days ago. Our system dials and connects (we can hear the databurst Nextel modem and then it appears to disconnect. Knowing that a proper\complete handshake did not occur, our system redials. This repeats until we finally get through (text message received and sent to the Nextel phone). Currently we're looking at ~ 1 in 10 times it works.
