just a note it says WMC in front of each modem

my z520 has two modems one is data modem on com 4 and the other is modem on com 5. I've tried both and in the general setup everything works the way it should example I type at and it comes back ok. However whenever I try to sent a text the response is it's unable to enter text delivery mode on both
