| I am attempting to use the T-Mobile SMTP connection to send pages to one of our department members. It is working in our alarm room, but I can not get it to work from the computer in our dispatch office.
When I added the SMTP carrier information in the dispatch computer, I noted that there was already a Local Domain Name entered and a DNS server address listed, both different from the listings in our alarm room computer. Initially, I used these listings to set up the SMTP carrier info. In attempting to send the page, it would not go through to the host. I then changed the Local Domian name and the DNS server info to mirror the alarm room computer and again attempted to send the page with no success contacting the host. I also made sure that a sender was listed for the system. The dispatch computer works well sending snpp and wctp data. Can you shed any light on this problem. Thanks! |

| Due to the inability of my new modem to connect correctly via tap, and because I could not get the Verizon Cellular SNPP connections to work, your tech support personnel had me using the SMTP connection for Verizon Cellular using the 10 digit number @vtext.com. This has worked well for several months.
However, with the last few weeks, this has stopped working. I now receive error messages each time I try to page one of our Verizon Cellular members. Any idea why this may have stopped working and what I might try now to connect to our department members, short of replacing my modem and using the tap connection? Thanks! |

| We have been using the SMTP connection to page our Verizon Wireless employees and up until now it has been working fine. Within the last two days the software will not connect and send pages through this method. We have tried both the 10digit@vtext.com and 10digit@myvzw.com.
Does anyone have ideas on how to fix this problem? We are using this method due to the software not connecting through a TAP connection on our new computer with new modem. |

| On my Dell computer, whenever I click on Notepager Pro to minimize the program and place the pager symbol on the lower task bar, it will not allow me to re-open the program from this state.
When I click on the program icon on the desktop, it tells me that "an application is already running, quitting". However, the program never returns to the screen. When clicking on the pager symbol on the task bar, nothing happens. Any suggestions. Thanks! |

| Are you aware of a TAP number available to page T-Mobile phones, or a SNPP setting? | |

| I have been attempting to page our Verizon pager users the last two days using the snpp.airtouch.com for the cariier. This address has always worked well in the past.
Do you know if Verizon changed their address or if they are having trouble? All other carriers are working fire. Thanks! |
