Tried both suggestions.
Messages still sent successfully but NotePager32 still marks them as Bad.
BTW its a Lucent Win Modem and I'm using Telstra in Australia.

Notepager32 successfully sends an SMS but never indicates that it was sent.
eg. Sent 0 Bad 1. Is it me or Telstra that is at fault?
