| Oddly enough, it appears that modem style connections are being processed faster than the internet pages. | |

| Good Afternoon,
Much like loudon911 below, I have a system that is also a 911 center and is experiencing delays in pages being processed. I can see that there are 3 dialers being used as I look at the PageGate Monitor. There are frequently 50 recipients being paged at once and time where there are overlapping calls resulting in even more. It appears that there are 15 connectors on the system, but I do not think they are all being accessed. Can you tell me what logs I could send to you to get your assistance in making better use of the system. There is great concern that Emergency Responders are not getting notified in a timely manner. Thank you. |

| I am having trouble getting the Page Gate Monitor to appear on a networked client machine. The monitor will appear but does not actually display current data.
This previously worked for the client and they were migrated to a different server. The IP address has been updated already? I would appreciate suggestions. |

| Is there any issue associated with using PageGate on a CLuster server, as long as it is running only one one processor at a time? | |

| Although it occurred outside the forum, I just wanted to note that Tech Support was very responsive and helpful in working through this issue to find that it is likely the paging service having made a change.
Thanks |

| I have PageGate running on a Windows 2000 server, polling from a folder for messages delivered.
This has been working for over a year and suddenly pages were not being received. I look at the global log and it shows polled messages having been scheduled and sent. I can send pages from the console successfully so I do not think that it is a firewall or security issue. All of those things have been checked and restarted anyway. This is running as a service and all services are started. The scheduler status shows running I am perplexed. Any help would be appreciated. |
