Pagegate set to run as NT Service

I get the below error after the cleanup routine has run, it is unable to stop the PGMailService and then this causes pagegate to stop polling for new mail with scheduler using getmail.
Result = NO PAGES !

Any help appreciated?

The below task run by the scheduler causes the event below:
