| We have one connector license at this time, but are you suggesting I utilize multiple connectors at once to send this kind of Traffic load? | |

| I currently have several large distribution groups which have been created sending to over 100 recipients. When these messages are sent there is an extreme delay in PageGate's ability to process all these email notifications.
What if anything, can be done to improve the amount of time PageGate takes to process a send message request? |

| All messages are being generated through the GUI and all recipients and senders are set to 6000. | |

| So they are all Mail messages going accross our own internal email servers. We are configured to send up to 6000 characters and there is no limitations on our email environment for character counts. | |

| We are attempting to send of a message in excess of 2000 characters. The GUI accepts to total characters, but the messages being recieved by the end users are only 1922 characters.
Any thoughts why pagegate is cutting off the messages? |

| I have a single user which when they recieve the message from Pagegate, they are actually showing the subject in the body of the email which present a major issue for him.
Now i attempted to send an email to him and me at the same time, I get the message correctly and he does not. What could possibly be the issue? |

| No, We want all users to have a send reciept from our sorce, but we do not want the sorce in the body of the message. | |

| I need some help determining how and why our current configuration for Pagegate is automatically attaching a sorce email address to the body of the message.
ie. ]***.TelAlert@***.com:Tech Bridge Start Page Bridge#: 1-877-***-****ID #### Incident: ### Type: ??? App or infra: ??? Status:[/i] Of course i took out the email address and the company name for obvious reasons, but the "***.TelAlert@***.com:" was not entered manually it shows up automatically. |
