Hi we have been using page gate succesfully for a few years now. We are still using version 4 and we have an issue thats just started where messages are scheduled but then not sent

I have the same issue

We have been using pagegate for 4 years without any issues and this has just started anyone got any ideas?

If you are dialling a tap gateway you will need to contact them as its users pays and I doubt anyone is willing to pass there account details around. But just a note on there tap gateway we used to find it fairly unreliable I think all it is is a modem sitting on someones desk!!

Although another way is just attaching a gsm modem putting a sim card in and using it that way, which we have found much more reliable

Maybe a suggestion for future releases, to be able to use the recipiant specified in the polling screen

Hi is it possible when using the getascii polling option with a custom file type to use the actual recipiant specified in the advanced polling screen and not the static or dynamic receipient as specified under the custom options?

Hi

We currently use pagegate with the ascii interface to scan for files and then to send them to the appropriate user.

Is it possible that pagegate can scan a text file looking for a key word and if this is found send an alert?
