Thanks for the bad news. It was what I was expecting, but didn't want to admit it. I appreciate the support.

Modem is Intel(r) 537EP V9X DF PCI Modem
Initalization string is AT&FQ0V1X4&D2

I am trying to get notepager 32 to work on a new Dell computer. When it tries to send a message the modem will connect to the carrier and logs on to the carrier but it does not detect TAP protocol. It works good on my old computer and I have the configuration set exactly the same except the initilization string is set to auto. Please help!!
