| We have installed PageGate on our new computer from a fresh install and are running 5.0.
I've run into an interesting issue while attempting to install PageGate and I was wondering if anyone had any insight into the issue. I was prompted to create the database, which it did, and then restart PageGate. After the restart a dialog popped up labeled PGConnector 1 and contained the following error: "Run time error '3265': Item not found in this collection". I try to send any messages and they get stuck as pending, as well as on my Monitor it does not show Connector 1 as running. One solution was to reinstall, which I have done, and still getting the same issue. Another was to rebuild the database, so I went into the PageGate admin and click on the Rebuild, however after closing everything and even checking my process list, I still get the message "All PageGate programs must be shut down before the database can be rebuilt". and Clicking the Yes button does nothing. I'm still getting the error and messages are still stuck as pending. Any ideas? |
