We recently purchased and installed PageGate v5 on an HP server running MS Server 2003 SP2. During the PageGate install, we mistakenly loaded PageGate into the wrong directory. Thought we could uninstall PG, reinstall in correct directory. During PG uninstall, there's two prompts (sorry, can't recall exact words). Believe one says 'uninstall program', other says 'uninstall all files' or similar words. We choose the 'all files'. Bad choice - uninstalled or affected bunch of Win files related to Server 2003, including SP2. Left server dead in the water. We can't seem to find any 'uninstall' details in your documentation. Help - we're reinstalling the OS but don't want to do that again. What should we have done?
