I have used the product as a standalong app - but need to put it into an ActiveX control - can this be done?

I'm new to messaging, but basically I need to be able to send alphanumeric Pages to pagers as well as Text Messages to cell phones (Sprint). Can this be done (i.e. there is not web access)? I'd also need the product to be able to be wrapped into Active X control. thanks
