Dear Sir,
We have a version of notepager pro software that is used for alarm notification in solarwinds monitoring system and has been installed on a Microsoft 2003 server (notepager and solarwinds are on same server).
When solarwinds create some sms alarm in each time, these alarms remain in pending mode in notepager and don't send as real-time. When I login to server in next time and open notepager , those pending sms, send one by one.
Why does happen this problem? Why notepager after receiving sms alarm from solarwinds, doesn't send sms real-time?
It is necessary to mention that I didn't use any password to open or run notepager.

Your help is highly appreciated.

Our national number format is: 09126222113 and international format is: +989126222113
I tested with another 2 cases:
1- Recipient ID: +989126222113
2- Recipient ID: 9126222113 and I set 0 as prefix number in Modem properties.
In these two cases I had same error: “Error sending packet”

Can you please guide me?

Yes i did, i sent you the result (led in vbterm was green, but notepage pro can not talk with modem yet).
in my work pc the port that assigned to mobile handset that cnnected by usb cable is port8(not port6) and i did setting with this new port.

When I change modem port (in Tools - Settings – Modem) and set parameters for baud rate, parity, data bits, and stop bits in GSM-AT protocols same as parameters in hyperterminal , the system can not send message and it show in dialog window that system can not talk with modem,
Although I can communicate in hyperterminal with mobile phone and with same parameters, and can do AT command.
my mobile phone model is Nokia 3230.
Please help me

In connection wizard in NotePager show:
“NotePager Pro can send message to carrier by using modem or internet connection”
I connect mobile phone to pc by usb cable,
So
Is it possible NotePager Pro connect to carrier via GSMAT protocol and with my mobile phone that connected to pc by usb cable no with modem?

my mobile phone is Nokia 3230 and i can run AT command in hyperterminal with usb connection. also AT+CMGF=1 is ok in this environment.

I have a sony ericsson k750i handset, and I have connected it to computer by usb port (com7). I want to connect to carrier by GSMAT protocol through this cell phone.
After sending message, appears this message: “Unable to enter text delivery mode” the dialer log file is below:

When I enter “AT +CMGF=1” manually (in hyper terminal) there is error 303, but for another command (for example) “AT +CMGF=0”, the result is OK. This log is this:

Can you please help me about this error?
