We are attempting to do a trial of Pagegate prior to purchase. We have a USB connected Multitech MTCBA-E-U GSM modem. I am able to connect and send a message through it via a Windows Terminal session. I just can't get Pagegate to send out. Getting the following logs from connector 1:

1/26/2012 5:05:52 PM Connect using GSM protocol

1/26/2012 5:05:55 PM Attempting to reset modem
1/26/2012 5:05:58 PM Program Halted. Database error: 3219 Invalid operation. in Procedure: SendToModem
1/26/2012 5:06:00 PM Module Stopped

These repeat over and over. What am I missing???

OS is Windows Server 2003 SP2
