I am a newbie in WCTP

I am trying to send pager notifications using through my Java program. I have used the Arch Wireless Implementation for WCTP.
Every thing work fine when I am trying from localhost and connect it using http. When I migrated the code to server environment which is load balanced and secure I can no longer receive those pager notifications.

WctpClientReceive clientRx = new WctpClientReceive();
String response = clientRx.readResponse(wctpConnection);
[wctpConnection is a HttpURLConnection]
I don’t get any exception while I try and send the page but I get a blank response and responseCode is -1.

Please could you let me know if you have some information on the same.
