turned off antivirus software but no help. works with verizon but not with ATT. Any other suggestions?

typo both had same number "1534" see below:

using notepager Pro

i used 10digit#@txt.att.net and it connects to host mail server atlsmpt.cingularme.net and does not accept message. derek

I just set up the software and i can page all the ARCH beepers, and i set up SMPT and can page Verizon phones, But i can't get through to ATT phones. I am using the same SMPT carrier settings for Verizon and ATT except a different web address. I ve tried changing my name on the ATT accout only to have full email address, but this did not work. i tried all the web addresses for ATT and Cingular on your support page but they all seem to default to the "CINGULARME" web address. i just get message that it contacts the web site and message is not accepted. (although it did go through one time and one time only) I ve looked at all the recent posts but still can't figure out what i should do next. I don't want to pay $10 a month for pages. all help will be greatly appriciated.
